1 cup chana dal
1 cup toor dal
1 cup urad dal
4 -5 green chilies
1 inch ginger
½ tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
1 onion finely chopped
Hand full of freshly chopped coriander
Oil for deep frying
Method:
Soak all dal for 3 hour.
Take dal and add ginger, cumin, green chilies and salt make a coarse paste
Add onion and coriander and make small balls and press it with hand.
Fry this it in hot oil till it become golden brown
Serve this hot with coriander chutney
