TOPIC: which one is better

Hi

so we came across 2 subdivisions, one was haddon hall and the other cotswold. Which one is better in terms of resale value and also for kids.

Hi Tina, both are good subdivisions. The answer depends on what your criteria is. If it is location, Haddon Hall is close to the 55/64 intersection and Beaver Creek shopping (which may be considered a bit more 'prime' than Cotswold which is close to Ten Ten and US 1. But the US1/55 Corridor is getting a lot of future development. Haddon hall homes were built by Engel homes (no longer in NC) and Orleans while Cotswold was by Centex homes. You have to look who built the home you are looking at. Both the neighborhoods are children-friendly and have good schools. Therefore, it all depends!
