TOPIC: Breaking lease early than the term?

Hello,
I have got my house and i am thinking of moving. but, my lease ends in November. what should i do? I already informed the landlord. Looks like he wants me to pay till November. Does it consider as cheating since there is nothing written in the contract about early termination of lease.
Anyone knows about law of tenant? i feel like they can not force anyone to live in their apartment if you are notifying him 60 days before you go out.
If anyone has experience for early lease termination, can you share with me?

I see that the agreement between you & the tenant was not in writing so, you have all the right to vacant the apartment as per the law .
