TOPIC: Realtor Rebates for new homes

Can any of you recommend a realtor with best rebates (2.5%+) new homes in the triangle. We are going to make all the decisions and need realtor only for the rebates.

You can call 919-342-6665 . I don't think anyone can beat the rebate you'll receive.

Realtors generally receive 2.4% commission for each sale. Are you looking to take it all?

Thats correct, realtors get 2.4% - 2.5 % commission for each sale. If you looking to buy new home in triangle area, they will provide you good rebate in closing cost if you use there lender (in most cases).
