TOPIC: Weldone Ridge - TM Homes - No Lottery????

Honestly, i have become little paranoid these days when a buyer releases 27519 lots without lottery? Wondering why the demand is less for this Community? Any catch points, whereas the nearby new homes are rushed madly with lottery system even on upper 500 segment?

Your ideas/assumption or even speculation is recommended regarding the same.
