Hi, Please suggest single family homes in West Cary and Apex. We are looking for a good school district, stores, budget around 300K, 3 or 4 bedrooms with Indians in the community.

Any opinions on the below communities ?
-Berkshire at Townhall commons
-Parkside at Bella Casa at Lennar
