Lennar and Pulte are both considered good for construction. The rest go down hill from these.

However dealing with any builder in today's market may be a different beast all together.

Dealing with individual sellers is easier with good non discount realtor (Discount realtors are the cheap ones giving 50% commission back, long story short they don't give a flying rats ass about what you buy or at what price you buy as long as they get 50 %)
