TOPIC: Meritage Homes - Green Hope Crossing

Hello,

We are looking for new home and came across these Meritage Homes.
Can anyone share some info on the builder, constuction quality, location and school district..

How good are these homes when compared to Pulte, KB and standard pacific homes

looks like there is a highway also nearby , so trying to understand pros and cons

Has anybody else signed contract with them?

Green Hope Crossing is a good town home subdivision with all 2 car garage plans. There is still a VIP list they are working through. There have been 3 price increases so far in the past 2 weeks, all adding to $5K since opening. Good Cary location (though close to 540). Better 'value' than most others in the area.

Everything is good expect the noise from HWY 540
