We went and saw bella casa single family home.It looks like good community.Are there any Indians living in this community?

We are considering Lennar and Ryan Homes in Bella Casa.
Our big concern is the distance, Should we be concerned about peak hours traffic and commute to RTP.

We are with Ryan Homes. I don't see much of a traffic, can get to Beaver Creeks Commons through side-lanes and merge onto 55HWY

Coming out of Bella Casa, you could take a R on Apex BBQ and then a L on Kelly Rd to get on 55 or 540. Of course, Kelly is blocked temporarily for expansion work so you have to go all the way on Olive Chapel to get to 55.

We signed a contract with Lennar @ Bella Casa. We did see some some Indians in the community, and more people seem to be showing interest in the area. We liked the neighborhood as it's a more diverse community. We did make a compromise with the commute, but hoping that it's worth it.

Congrats. I have visited the community few times. It's a nice community with nice big lots.
