TOPIC: Opinion on detached rear garage - SP, west cary

Has anyone purchased or had any experience with Bluffs collection - Huntley, from Standard Pacific in West Cary. We are contemplating on backside detached garage. Any input on pros and cons is appreciated. Wondering if any desi's bought these type of homes in village square at amberly.

The Huntley & Taylor are very good plans. You can't go wrong with either. Attached or detached rear garages are getting popular now with different builders/neighborhoods offering these.

BY the way ...Is it a mixed community?How about Indians?

Yes its a mixed community. Lots of Indians living here in village square @ Amberly.
But the number is not as much as some of the other communities.

Huntley is a good plan..very open floor plan.

Only very few homes available now.
