TOPIC: Any info on Saxonbury community in Cary?

Any idea on lot sizes, expected price range?
Would it be better to wait for M/I homes new estate homes compare to NV Homes?
Dates when plans will open and rough estimate when it be available to move in?

Average lot size is .25 acre and few lots are above .35 acre. Prices are expected to be above $500K.

Saxonbury is an NV Home community with homes in the 3100 to 6000 sq ft with 2 or 3 car garages. VIP sales swill start real soon, just within weeks. I have a couple of floor plans that NVH will be building in Saxonbury. Please email me and I could send them to you.
