We are relocating to West Cary and looking into Weldon Ridge community - either to buy a resale one or in the new upcoming Enclave at Weldon Ridge. Like to understand more on the overall community, specially will be raising 2 Kids; age 6 and 12. Anyone who lives in and around the area, any comments highly appreciated? Also are prices too inflate in that area vs other Cary options? Thanks

Weldon Ridge is a very good community that consists of four different sections, with town homes and three different price ranges of detached single family homes. The community is almost sold out with only few new homes in $500K + price range in the upcoming enclave section. There are four resale homes and one new home in the price range of $399K to $575K currently available. Weldon Ridge got excellent schools, clubhouse, and junior Olympic-sized pool with a jumbo slide, playground and volleyball court. You can request me a comparable market analysis of Weldon Ridge if you wish to know more in detail.
Compare to other areas of Cary, prices are more in West Cary due to high demand for new homes and less availability. The schools are excellent and brand new homes from $183K to above $1 million are available in West Cary.

Binny is right and has covered most of the aspects. Here is my opinion on the builder which was taped a couple of years ago:
