joe Offline Posts: 196	I was told this small Cary subdivision with 37 homes may have a Morrisville address. Home sizes may be bigger than at Phillips Place, all on 'crawl space'. Sales office will still be the one in Phillips Place. Expected start-Late Fall 2013.

Desitaste Offline Posts: 57	If it has Morrisville address, do we need to pay taxes to Morrisville or Cary sub division? Is it later going to change to Cary, what is the advantage or disadvantage of having one address located in other sub-division.

Jhansi Kolla Topic Author Offline Posts: 6	I think you always pay the property taxes to Wake County irrespective of where you live in Cary or Morrisville or Raleigh. The difference is only in the utilities provider.

Oddly enough, the difference is not in the utility provider except for solid waste disposal.

As for property taxes, while you do pay Wake County, the payment includes a portion that goes to the town. The towns in WC have varying property tax rates.

Wake County taxation department can give you exact percentage how much it goes to each city. -In fact, I just spoke to KB management earlier today and found that the homes will be
larger (than in Phillips Place), probably in the 3000+ sq ft range, starting in the upper $300K's and low $400K's.

Many basement lots too!
