Who are the reputed and reliable builders of single family home in Raleigh,Cary Morrisville area? Builders that have reputation for quality construction.. Your reply will be most helpful.Thank you.

Hi NE, that is a loaded question and the answer can not be given in a few words.

- Single family homes in the Triangle area can be in the price range of $250K all the way to $2.5M. There are builders out there who do a great job building $400K+ homes while their quality suffers in the low ranges.

- Also, quality is to be 'experienced' by home owners after they buy the home and start living in it.

- Again, quality is not just the quality of the product itself, but also the quality of after-sales service. There are some great builders providing terrific homes but their service may suffer.

- Also, one buyer may feel great about a builder while another may have a different opinion. A good sample of inputs is important.

Therefore, it is best for you to contact an experienced Buyer agent who has worked with buyers with different builders over the years, and sit down with him or her and express your requirements, price range etc. and get a first hand account of builders that are relevant to your needs.
