TOPIC: Opinion on Waterford Apartment Homes

Hi All,

I am planning to move to the Waterford Apartment Homes near the Rose Ridge Road, Morrisville. I saw mixed reviews for these apartments. I will be moving with my family.
Can someone suggest whether it's good place or not.
