Raj,

We lived in Oaks at Weston few years back and it meets all your criteria. Its in Morrisville and close to Chapel Hill Hwy and Weston Pkwy intersection. In fact my son went to the preschool next door and we had only one car at that time.

1. Walkable distance to a good preschool( age 3+ 4+)
2. Indian community
3. Children’s play area in the apartment community

Good luck hunting the apartment.

priya Topic Author	hi...we just moved to marquis on cary park way apartments....in morrisville. here indian community is more...having slides in kids park area.good locality... many schools are there...but don't have any idea abt pre school..my kid is studying 1st grade. my neighbour kid is preschool...i will let u know...

priya Topic Author	i searched in google...got one school here giving the adress. Sterling Montessori Academy 202 Treybrooke Drive, Morrisville, NC 27560 (919) 462-8889 ‎ very near to thisapartment..hope this helpful..good luck
