TOPIC: Bexley Panther Creek

Hello,

We moved to Durham few days back and currently staying in a hotel. We zeroed down Bexley Panther Creek apartments as this is the only community which has 2 BR apartment available immediately. Can you please list pros and cons of this community compared to other communities.

Info about us:
1. We are a family of 3 with a 3 yr old Kid.
2. My wife works for Cisco.

Our priorities:
1. Indian community
2. Good play school
3. Parks

Murali, the community overall is good. The only concern I have are the pets. Unfortunately we were allocated the apartment where we have pets upstairs and in the building next to us. Sometimes the pet upstairs keep barking which gets annoying. And the my balcony is not concrete (wood floors with gaps) due to which the pet hair and the other bit fall on our patio. So these are some the points you might to consider. Other than that I have no issues so far.
