Welcome to AT and the area. Check out Indian stores, they sell Dosa batter. Also, check out free classifieds and you may find folks doing the same.

Just a side note. Using upper case is considered as shouting, and I think you did not want to scream. I have modified your subject to use proper case.

There is an excellent fresh Dosa and Idli batter called Avighna in the stores near us .
The batter is fresh and the Dosas are easy to make and come out exactly like we are used to in India . the Idlies are another softest treat . Ask your Indian store owner to get them . I think they are distributed by some Indian vegetable supplier company
