I am looking to purchase a townhouse around 150k. Anyone have any reviews on either or any other properties in the area in the price range?

1) For the townhomes details which are just opposite of KB himes (Twin lakes) are Ryan homes. These starts from 140K. (No garage)

Does anyone know what is going to happen with the land to the west of Shiloh Grove (where the designer collection is located)? There are already the power lines running close to that end of the community, it'd be nice to know what else to expect...

Also, has anyone had any luck negotiating a lower price in this community?
