TOPIC: Issues with LENNAR trilogy-at-brier-creek/heritage

I recently signed for a Belmont (2104 SqFt) townhome with LENNAR trilogy at brier creek heritage ( www.lennar.com/new-homes/north-carolina/raleigh/morrisville/trilogy-at-brier-creek/heritage ) after 3 months they reached me out saying they cannot fit a Belmont (2104 SqFt) townhome and I need to compromise with Darden (1627 SqFt) townhome.

My question is, anyone came across the same issue with LENNAR and how do we fix this? Because I remember there where so many Belmont (2104 SqFt) townhomes available on July 2017 but, now I could see only a few.
