TOPIC: Ignore this call and Scold that guy

IRS Fruad Call against indian people..

I got a voice mail from this number 5858617891 and asked me to call back.

When I called the person named Steve ,Mathew is attended and told IRS taking legal action against me and my account will be blocked in next 1 hour and I will be put in jail for 60 days without a bail.

This is the first time I got the call and I was upset and finally came to know that guy is cheating...

Please aware and ignore this number ..Thanks.

This is rampant.
I have heard of folks who call 911 to report this. Also, there is a way to report this in IRS website.
I think it's critical to know how this should this be addressed.

As a guideline, IRS, USCIS and most govt organisations will contact you by mail (as in snail mail).

If you receive communication is any other form (email, phone, text etc), never disclose personal information, ask details of the person and call back number.

Some people are recording these calls and uploading to youtube to raise public awareness
