Can anyone shed some light on the price, availability, floorplan of the new Evans Farm Town homes @ SE intersection of O’Kelly Chapel Road at Green Level Church Road in Cary.

Hi Sony, M/I homes has not released much information yet. My guess is that it will be similar plans with 2-car garages as in Greystone Mews ( www.mihomes.com/FindYourHome/CommunityDetails.aspx?Community=275106000000 ) or the sold-out Townes at Amberly. In either case, the prices are expected to be above $250K.

Evans Farm Townhomes will open for pre-sales in October. M/I plan to build similar designs as Grove at Fallon Park in Raleigh. Click below link to see the deigns but disregard pricing.

Remote chances of future communities below $200K in Cary, we still have few existing townhome communities priced close to $200K. Glencroft townhomes in Cary will be opening in January of 2015 and Pricing and floor plans will be released few weeks before the opening.
