Hi,
I am looking for locally moving help. Though I spoke with few moving companies but either their rate is too high or they are not available on the day we are planning to move.
Would be great if anyone shares any cont details or the rate of any reliable moving guys.

It isn't "too high" if you can't find anyone cheaper. Plus, what exactly is "too high"?

Try www.uhaul.com/MovingHelp/

You can get local movers and their rates per hr basis. You can usually get 2/3 guys to help you move in less than an hour or so and they charge around ~100 USD/Hr

Thanks a lot Vinod.
We were actually looking for labor and truck together. Hence we did not think about uhaul because we did not know that we can hire labor also from there. After after reading your suggestion I checked that website and it really helped.

UHaul doesn't supply labor. The site is to find companies that supply labor, same thing that you can do off Craiglist or calling the companies direct. Which would be cheaper than via UHaul site.

If you are still looking for any local moves, try Martin @ 919 730 6531.
I used their service to move a 2 bedroom apt, and paid 200, which includes 2 persons and a truck.
