For basic financial planning, if you have costco/amex card, I think they provide the service for a nominal fee or the 1st consultation is free. Although, it's been a while, not sure if they still offer this service.

TD Ameritrade - if you have a brokerage a/c with TD, they do provide both financial planning as well as tax prep services thru their authorized list of partners (for an additional fee).

BofA also provides this service thru Merrill Lynch (minimum balance qualification, i think)

There are quite a few boutique firms that provide both financial planning as well as tax planning services - depends on your needs.

Last but not the least, in the top-right corner of AT you'll see a flashing ad for - www.ssacctax.com/?apna1 - do check them out as well.
