Random Thoughts,

Yes, it seems like we have a new subject 'Samosa Science'.

Amazing that people are asking for pictures before deciding. I don't think it is genuine query. Someone is just doing it for fun.

I went for lunch after reading your message and paid attention. Looked every side of the menu. No pictures. I don't know what you are talking about.

Which restaurant did you go to? Let me pull up their web-site and show you pictures.

Ever been to McDonald's? Burger King?, Wendys or even to Cool breeze ... they all have lit-up pictures beside the name and price .... even in drive through

www.trianglesamosa.com is up for sale. :)

Nothing to wonder. NRIs have nothing better to do. Samosa is the life for some..spouse comes later. Of course is samosa is free it is even better. Samosa costs only 80 cents and spouse cost much more...

Jyoti, Can you plan class for samosa training ?

In USA, buy frozen empananda shells from a Hispanic/Mexican store ... usually 10 rounds for about $1.50 and they are about 4" in diameter. Thaw them for about 30 minutes while you work on the potato filling. Then, take one round and cut into half and make a cone out of each half, fill it and stick the edges together with a touch of water. Easy to make samosas this way and saves you from making dough and rolling them into perfect circles.

check out videos on youtube

Nice to know about Empanada shells..I will check in mexican store...Ganapati festival is on and I can use them to make sweet gujia. Thanks anonymous for this great tip.
