Am sure the restaurants do... rajbhog, tower, cool breeze, etc. Plus there are classifieds for cooking on AT.

They all do and I am sure samosa knows it. I guess what he/she is looking for is Best Samosa in Triangle.

rajbhog, kadambham, etc. the answer is subjective. maybe it is better on wednesdays at rajbhog and fridays at burger king. :) maybe the OP's guests tastebuds are different from OP.

maybe this is another poster needing my tastebud QA services. :laugh:

I want to learn how to make samosa. I can make tasty filling but getting nice shape with crunchy cover is just impossible.

In USA, buy frozen empananda shells from a Hispanic/Mexican store ... usually 10 rounds for about $1.50 and they are about 4" in diameter. Thaw them for about 30 minutes while you work on the potato filling. Then, take one round and cut into half and make a cone out of each half, fill it and stick the edges together with a touch of water. Easy to make samosas this way and saves you from making dough and rolling them into perfect circles.
