Am sure the restaurants do... rajbhog, tower, cool breeze, etc. Plus there are classifieds for cooking on AT.

You could be right. So the question is, who serves the best samosa in town? My answer is unchanged. :)

rajbhog, kadambham, etc. the answer is subjective. maybe it is better on wednesdays at rajbhog and fridays at burger king. :) maybe the OP's guests tastebuds are different from OP.

maybe this is another poster needing my tastebud QA services.

I want to learn how to make samosa. I can make tasty filling but getting nice shape with crunchy cover is just impossible.
Jyoti, Can you plan class for samosa training ?

In USA, buy frozen empananda shells from a Hispanic/Mexican store ... usually 10 rounds for about $1.50 and they are about 4" in diameter. Thaw them for about 30 minutes while you work on the potato filling. Then, take one round and cut into half and make a cone out of each half, fill it and stick the edges together with a touch of water. Easy to make samosas this way and saves you from making dough and rolling them into perfect circles.
