Nothing original but always wanted to try out something different when the mercury goes north!

1. Sprout Bhel
- Bombay Bhel Mix from any Indian Grocery stores
- Sprout Moong - can boil it too.
- Green Chutney - home, freshly made (or can get at IG stores)
- Diced Tomatoes, Onions, Green Mangoes (if you can get)
- Add some peanuts, resins.
- Cilantro to garnish

Mix it all up, top it with super-cold battered desi yogurt!

2. Mexican Bhel
- Bombay Bhel Mix from any Indian Grocery stores
- Low Sodium Black Beans
- Diced Tomatoes, Onions
- Slice Guacamole
- Strip Corn Chips - for crispiness
- Cilantro to garnish
- Shredded Cheese of your choice

Mix it all up, top it with super-cold battered sour-cream!

Thanks Kubi.

I hope fellow ATers will share some "cool" recipes esp now that the mercury is going to stay north for some time to come & if cooking in the kitchen heat could be avoide if not all together.

3. Compliment Meals with Cucumber Raita
Yes, plain old & as simple as mixing super-cold yogurt, shredded cucumber (without the skin) - add jeera powder or even better chaat masala or jal-jeera mix & then chill it in fridge for 30 mins or so. In fact, cucumber-raita could be a good snack on a sizzling hot summer afternoon.

Guys,

You guys are awesome. I am just kidding so don't take it seriously.

Good part of Indian culture still maintained in heart. Guest always welcome and Guest is God even if it is anonymous :))) One person gives his address and the other starts planning for the correct date.

Have a good weekend.
