I think the sweets are healthy, delicious and nutritious. One must not over eat but once in a while it is ok. The sweets remind me of India so everything is good. Don't worry.

sweets are made with milk so they are healthy, but over consumption is not healthy. They have to be hygiene because they come from fine factory facility from NJ.

I like few types and I enjoy them.Only thing bothers me is no mention of expiration date on sweets.

If only sweets were made out of milk only. There's a reason being called "sweets" - it has plenty of sugar & hence it's not considered healthy. Yes, once in a while it's ok to indulge but surely not regularly even in small-portions. This is a general & persional opinion & not a reflection on who is selling or making it.

having a dessert once in while or daily or after every meal - it's ok if you can burn off what you eat. generally, calorie for calorie, sugar is less harmful than fat.

True but as you said the key is if you can burn-off what you eat. Knowing our lifestyles, eating habits those additional calories quickly add-up and show-up ;)

Sweets are slow poison. In olden days, they ate sweets on rare occasion and worked really hard. Sweets are slow poison especially when no hard work is involved. Let me know when did you sweat last time that drenched your shirt/top. Watch following video..

That's like saying Walmart goods are fine because they come from China.

Anyway, Indian sweets can't be as unhealthy as Indian Chinese cuisine.
