TOPIC: Twin Lakes Club House

I have attended couple of birth day parties at Twin Lakes Club House. It is a very nice club house and conveniently located in Cary/Morrisville on McCrimmon Pkwy.

Good:
Newly constructed and has good furniture
Very spacious - big hall, 3 small rooms and a Kitchen
Spacious deck overlooking swimming pool is when weather permits

Bad:
Lot of work - setup/cleanup/catering..
Should be very careful leave it in good condition

It's a very nice place for a big party. I believe it is $100 for residents. I heard that the price will be $200 soon.

We had a party last saturday at Twin Lakes Club House.Though slightly expensive($ 250) may be good for big parties, because it is quite spacious and has a kitchen.It has lot of tables to set food and for people to chat.The kitchen does not have an oven..That is one disadvantage..

But other than that it is great...Kids had a lot of fun with the clown....

Can you please provide the location or website for Twin Lakes Club House

To rent in Twin Lakes you have to be living or your friends or family should take the clubhouse on rent.
Twin lakes is across the food lion/apna bazar complex on davis drive. You have to drive in on the road between goodwill store and BP Gas station.

Twin lakes club house is for people living in the Twin Lakes. It will be more easier if you have a friend living in Twin lakes.

The other options you may want to explore is Parks. Personally I feel this is the best place for kids to have fun. There is lot of space to run around and lot of time to play.

Secondly you can try out Frankies Fun Park in Raleigh near Brier creek. They have go carts, rides and more fun games for the kids. It is very good but expensive.

If you know anyone working in your company/work you can try to rent it out there.

I dont think, its possible to rent it out via forums like these.

Sarika,stop hoping that somebody from twin lakes will come and help you to book club house.Start looking for apartment club houses or other party place.
