TOPIC: Suggestions for Baby Shower games

Hello Everyone,

I am new to ApnaTriangle and would like to get some help. I am planning a baby shower for my friend and was wondering if anyboy can help me with some ideas. Thanks in advance for any help.

hi,
1) you can ask Men to Blow balloons(or blow it up earlier and keep it ready to the same size) , put it under their shirt near their tummy, and ask them to pick the Ice cream stick laid on the floor all over.
The person who picks the max number of sticks in under one minute Wins.

2)Spread 6-7 Diapers with numbers on it. Put ketchup, Strawberry jelly, Peanut butter,
tamarind Chutney, Green chutney inside the diapers and fold it .
The men or women has to smell the diapers and make a note of what is inside.
Who gets the max number of guesses right , are the winners.

Niky...welcome to AT. I never attended any baby showers with game themes...here is one interesting and simple game.I will post more later.

Guess the waist Size

The object of this popular game is for shower guests to estimate how large the mom-to-be's waist has become. You'll want to be sensitive to the pregnant mom and how she may be a little touchy on this subject. Therefore, no one should mention anything about inches when this is played! The kindest way to play this game is to pass around a ball of yarn and a pair of scissors. Each guest cuts off a length of yarn that she estimates will fit around the mom-to-be. Finally, the mom-to-be measures her waist with the yarn and cuts off the correct length. Each guest compares her yarn to the mom's and the closest length wins. You'll be surprised at the variation in guesstimates.
