The current lease is ending in October, but it can be extended further. The apartment in within 0.3 miles of Food Lion, Walmart and Harris teeter, 1 mile away from Patel brothers and 2 miles away from i40 and Park West Village.

The total rent for the room is 459$ plus utilities. The community is quiet and has a swimming pool and gym facilities. Apartment has in house washer dryer and dishwasher facilities. I will be taking care of any lease transfer fees and security desposit involved. Everything including  setup in the apartment and it is semi-furnished.
