Hi, There is a single room available in a 3 bed/2 bath apartment  at Creekstone at RTP apartments. The bathroom has to be shared with the other roommate. It's a very good community and close to offices like Fidelity, IQVIA, Cisco, AT&T, dell, etc. It's walkable to Walmart/Sabji Mandi/ Dharani/ Chipotle/ Panera/ Subway. The room is available from August to October as the current lease is till october. Rent is around 730$ without utilities. You can talk to other roommates and renew it after October too.
