It is a 1 bedroom apartment & I would be staying in the house too. If you need privacy, I’m ready to shift to the living room or share the bedroom. It depends on your comfort. Apartment’s name is Centric Gateway (1010 W Trade Street) & you can check reviews online. Apt has weekly fun events too. 

Need someone who is super clean and maintains the house. Utensils, coffee machine, air mattress and chairs in the house are available for roommate's access.
