Sub lease luxury apt available

I have 1 bed 1 bath apartment in luxury apartments , looking for some to take over the lease which has 10 months left.

I have to move to NY in urgency that is the reason I want to sub lease my apartment.

Community is quit and decent with 24 coffee , pool, alot of activities and has 4 to 5 in house events for residents, plenty of car parking.

Next to harris teeter and other fast food resturants.
