$600 includes utilities, garbage and laundry for 1. Accomodation is a furnished bedroom and a shared bathroom (bedroom has full bed, small work table with chair and closet). Bedroom and bathroom are on the 2nd level of the home. No pets and no smoking (even outside of the house). We are looking for a tidy, minimalistic, vegetarian/vegan. We may be open to a couple with negotiations. Available after Aug. 10th.
