Need a private room with attached bath

Hi, I will be moving to Cary around June 25, 2019, for my full-time job at SAS INSTITUTE. So, I'm looking for a private room with attached bath. I am a friendly person who likes to keep surroundings clean, and easy going. Please let me know if you have any room available or I'm also open to team up and sign a new lease. My only concern is to stay near my office.
