Tennis court, gym and swimming pool facilities are available. There is a reserved parking spot available and also plenty of unmarked car parking spots. It is in heart of Morrisville near to Sterling Montessori and Cedar Fork ES. Near to cinemas, restaurants, grocery stores. Very peaceful and safe community. A lot of Indians live in this apartment community.
