I’m looking to sublease a room with attached bath and closet. There is also a hall and kitchen that can be shared with another roommate already living there. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment. It's a 2 BHK apartment (1300 sqft) shared with an Indian roommate (male). Rent is very affordable i.e. $575 per person especially for a location like Chapel Hill. The apartment has an amazing view from the hall (see images) and the community is very friendly with really good facilities such as club room, swimming pool, gym, tennis court, pool table/game room, etc. The bus stop is also available right outside the house with good commutes. It is also walkable to grocery stores,  shopping, theatre, etc.
