We are based in Cary, North Carolina and our services range from industry training, resource management, deliver technology solutoins and staff augmentation that help our clients in Technical Project Management, Java Development, Test Automation Engineering, DevOps and Database Administration. We are prime vendors to clients like American Airlines, Florida Blue, State of IA/ VA/ MA/ RI, Maximus and also partner directly with TekSystems, Modis, Apex Systems, Randstand, and other major staffing companies in the U.S.
We are currently hiring for IT recruiter position. This position requires 2-3 yrs of prior IT recruiting experience, knowledge on how to build a talent bench, remain consistent to drive and recruit 5-6 candidates on monthly basis, prepare candidate pool for batch training, create job descriptions for key roles and publish online, acquire talent and interested candidates who would want to pursue opportunities in IT industry by training and placements. Obviously, the candidate would use social media accounts to reach out to the talent community, fill-the-funnel and interview prospects for a final selection in the process. This job is incentive based, so expect salary plus bonuses.
