I am looking for one person to rent out a separate, fully furnished 1 Bed / 1 Bath in my 2BKH apartment. The bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam matress, a dresser drawer for clothes, an LED TV with 200+ channel cable and WiFi. Also has it's own bathroom and a walk in closet. I will be the only other person living in the apartment. 

Rent is $650/month + utlities (electricity + water = around $50) - Negotiable. 

Looking for a clean responsible person who can respect boundaries, is reasonable and cleans up after themselves.
