Looking for accommodation-Male

I am looking for / I need shared accommodation in an apt/town home with separate bath room  beginning 1'st Jan, 2019 in Cary  area (preferably Cross roads, KIldaire, Tryon, Ten Ten, Apex , Maynard, High House, Lake Pine Dr/Rd area which is close to Hwy 64).

I am a male & not open to being  paying guest in town homes with families.

 I will be staying only on week/working days(i.e. Mon evening to Fri morning)  but will share the rent & utilities equally.

**Need for long term (Atleast 6+ months), if you are at end of your lease / planning a move out with in 6 months, please DO NOT contact.
