Sublet Master Br. No transfer fee or deposit + 1st Month

I will pay the lease transfer fee and you will also get to keep the $150 deposit.

The sublet lease will end July 21, 2019. Available immediately.

I will also pay your January rent if you sublet before December 31, 2018.

You can also keep any of my furniture that you want (couch, TV stand, full/queen bed frame, nightstand, dresser with mirror, desk).

I have loved living here for 2 and a half years. I'm only leaving due to a job change.

Tenant needs to be female, no smoking, no pets to match female roommate- per apartment complex guidelines.

The apartment complex is Collins Crossing (501 Jones Ferry Road, Carrboro, NC, 27510).  Bus stop is perfectly located at apartment entrance (J - Chapel Hill Transit, 405 - Go Triangle).

Washer/Dryer and dishwasher are in unit.  There is also a pool, tennis courts, and a gym on site.
