I have a single room to rent in a 2 Bed 2 bath apartment. The rent per person is  $520 + Utilities ( Water + Internet + Electricity ) . The apartment is located in a gated community on 442 Jefferson Town Rd, Raleigh, NC 27606. Its close to RTP, Patel brothers, cary towne mall.
