Apartment available for Lease

I am moving out from my apartment around September end. It's a 2 Bed 1 bath apartment in Tradition at stonewater apartments in Cary. If anyone is looking for an apartment, please ping me. It's not going to be a sub lease, rather a new lease. 

This is very beautiful apartment on second floor with ample of sunlight and very nice neighbor on below floor. 

I am offering 300$ if you contact me and hire the apartment with my reference, as it would help me recovering some part of the lease cancellation penalty. The date can be little bit flexible. Thanks in advance
