My current roommate is moving in her with her new husband so I'm looking to fill her separate room/bathroom. I'm a busy professional. Looking for a relaxed, clean (in common areas), quiet, busy, responsible, and mature female professional or grad-student -- to share a 2-bed/2-bath apartment on the 3rd floor facing the woods with myself and a gentle, somewhat timid 16yr old cat. The building is very quiet with friendly but not-in-your-face neighbors. No drugs or smoking please. :)

-Total Bills: ~$640/mo per person

-Rent: $546/mo per person
-Water/trash/sewer/fees: Approx $25/mo per person (depends on water usage)
-Electricity: Between $30-75/mo per person (depends on heat or AC)
-Internet: $37.50/mo per person (standard Spectrum internet)
-Application Fee: $50
-Renter's Insurance: Approx $7.00/mo per person
