looking for a roommate from Sep 1st to Dec end

Hi There, I am looking for a male roommate in a 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment. You will get a seperate bed room and bath. And you will be sharing the apartment with me (I will be using the other bedroom and bathroom).

Rent $500 -> Washer and Dryer included, Water bill included. Other utilities like cable bill, electricity bill, etc. shared between both of us

More details below:-

- Recliner Sofa and TV in the hall

- Bedrooms with Carpet, remaining areas (hall, dining, kitchen and bathrooms) with Vinyl flooring 

- Bedroom already equipped with a bed and matress. You can use it if you like

- kitchen fully equipped. If you like, you can join me for cooking.

- Smoking not allowed inside the apartment.

Location: on NC 55 between High house rd and morrisville parkway intersection.
