I am a hospitable working female professional looking for a female roommate to share my spacious apartment in the Brier Creek, Raleigh. It is in a residential community connected to the TW Alexander Drive as well as the Glenwood Avenue, and is few miles away from the Research Triangle Park.

Apartment is on the first level (no worry to climb stairs) with patio facing swimming pool, gym, and club house area. All common appliances (microwave, washer, dryer, refrigerator, electric stove, oven, and dishwasher) are included. Car parking is available right outside the building. Major grocery stores, banking, and restaurants are right across the complex; about 10-20 minutes walk from the apartment.

Rent: 500 USD + Utilities
