Hi, I have an apartment which i want to sublease from Aug 1st, 2018. Its 2bed and 2.5 bath apartment in Crosstimber apartments. its Dogwood plan with 1300 sq. ft. area. Rent is 1100 p.m. which is 200 lower than the market rate. Current lease is till mid Oct 2018 which you can renew. usually they will increase rent by 50 p.m. on lease renewals. Apartment is on ground floor where kids can run freely. Apartment is right in front of Morrisville elementary school. Morrisville park is behind the apartment, so you can walk in there. Walmart, Indian Grocery store, restaurant etc. are 5 minutes walking. very quiet community and there are many Indian families.
