We have a room with a shared bathroom (shared by 2) in a new single family home. The home is close to Indian grocery stores, Walmart, the airport, I-40 freeway and many IT companies. The room includes internet, electricity, water, and gas. The common areas including the living room and kitchen are fully furnished. We also have brand new appliances including a refrigerator, washer & dryer, gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave oven.

We hope to find a male roommate who is friendly and can maintain cleanliness.
